Graphite gasket is an indispensable sealing material in modern industry, known for its unique performance. These gaskets are made of pure graphite sheets or graphite sheets reinforced with metal (such as toothed, flat, or mesh), and have thermal stability, self-lubricating properties, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and anti brittleness. They can operate stably for a long time under various harsh conditions and require almost no maintenance.
Excellent sealing performance: Graphite gaskets have superior corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and good compression resilience, ensuring effective sealing under various conditions.
Strong stability: Graphite gaskets can maintain stable sealing performance from extremely low to high temperatures, and have chemical resistance to almost all liquids (except for strong oxidizing acids).
Easy to install and maintain: The size and shape of the graphite gasket can be customized, making installation convenient. It has a long service life, low maintenance requirements, and can reduce costs and workload.
Model:
Common models include G300, G400, G410, G420, etc.
aspect:
The standard sizes are 1500 1500mm, 1500 1000mm, 1500 2000mm, and 2000 1000mm, and customized sizes can also be provided according to requirements.
Thickness:
The common thicknesses are 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm, with different choices depending on the sealing requirements.
Density:
The standard densities are 1.0g/cm ³, 1.5g/cm ³, 1.8g/cm ³, and 2.0g/cm ³. The choice of density will affect the strength and sealing performance of the gasket.
Voltage resistance:
Graphite gaskets can withstand pressures of 10MPa, 15MPa, 20MPa, and up to 25MPa, ensuring effective sealing under various pressure conditions.
Working temperature:
The working temperature range is -200 ℃ to 1650 ℃, and some high-performance products can even handle higher temperatures.
Material and Type:
According to the material, it is divided into natural graphite gaskets and synthetic graphite gaskets.
The types vary depending on surface treatment, including regular graphite gaskets, metal reinforced gaskets (MI, PM, PM-A), and corrugated graphite gaskets, each customized for specific applications.
